So here I am day two!
Yesterday I ate,
banana
4 oat biscuits with humous.
6 apricots
1 naked bar
bowl of Sue's red lentil curry, and very nice it was too!!
I was quite unwell yesterday, so was in bed most of the day, so I think I did quite well.

Mind Games
Afternoon fellow Fatscrapers,
Today I went to see Sue for the very first time and straightaway began to feel that here was a lady who could help. Let me explain. I have never had a particularly good relationship with food which has caused one or two problems for me. As we sat chatting on the exercise balls (Sue with the appropriate footwear, me with my high heels, don't ask!!!) I started to feel this lady had an understanding of where I was coming from; and this brought a feel of comfort to me.
I have to confess, I came away with a feeling of complete overload, yet pleased with myself that I had made the first step by turning up!!
I am not actually starting the training for a couple of weeks, but will be starting stage 1 of the Plan next week at home so I have chance to stock the cupboards and fully (hopefully) understand all that I am trying to achieve.
I wasn't sure what to call my blog, but as so much of what we do is "mind over matter" that's what I've come up with:)
I look forward to reading other blogs with great interest.
